Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

A bounce house should be placed on level terrain (less than 5% slope) in an area that allows for
anchoring the bounce house, and the ground should be free of debris. Grass, turf, concrete, driveways, and indoors are all acceptable locations. Bounce houses will not be set up on rocks, gravel, sand, or dirt. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Bounce houses that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Setup area must be within 50-100 feet of an electrical outlet.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not set up at public parks.

Yes, a standard electrical outlet is needed within 50-100 ft of the blower and bounce house. A generator can be used for power. However, we are not responsible for the rental of a generator.

Yes, delivery, set up, and pick up is included. We deliver for free for up to 30 miles from Riverview, zip code 33579. Delivery fee of $50 applies for areas outside of free delivery zone. We do not service areas that are more than 50 miles away. If you live outside of our free delivery zone, we recommend inquiring before booking for a quote. Set up time is not included in your rental time.

Prices shown are for full day rental. We do not rent by the hour. We take the setup and cleaning of our bounce houses very seriously. Therefore, we only rent our bounce houses out once a day. This gives us time to make sure our bounce houses are properly inspected, cleaned and installed. 

We do not offer overnight/multi-day rentals.

We begin delivering between 7 am and 12 pm. At a minimum, we will set up 1 to 2 hours prior to the start of your event. We will coordinate a specific delivery window based on the start time of your event. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We pickup same-day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. 

We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery team does not carry cash. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery.

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book the bounce houses. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel/postpone your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future date within a year of the initial booking.

A 48-hour notification of cancellation is required. If you need to cancel rental, we will hold the deposit and you can reschedule for any future date within a year of the initial booking. If you have already paid for rental in full, we will either reschedule the rental, or refund you the difference between the rental price and the deposit. Cancellation of rental with less than 48-hour notice forfeits entire deposit (except due to weather conditions). Cancellation of rental after set-up has begun forfeits any refund.

Please check weather prior to event. If there is rain, wind gusts over 15 mph, or severe weather conditions at time of delivery, we will not set up and the rental will be cancelled. We will hold the deposit and you can reschedule for any future date within a year of the initial booking. There will be no refund or credit given due to rain, wind, or severe weather that begin after we have set up and left the property.

Monitor weather during rental. In the event that it begins to rain or gets windy with gusts over 15 mph during the rental period (after our team has set up and left), please remove all individuals from the bounce house and deflate it to ensure safety of all participants. Please also turn the blower switch in the off position, unplug and cords from blower to house, tuck the blowers and cords under the bounce house away from damage.

NO face paints, confetti, smoke bombs, slime, glitter, messy art, temporary tattoos, party poppers, colored streamers, silly string, pen/marker/crayon/paint etc. allowed on or near the bounce house. Please note these items will cause damage to the bounce house that cannot be repaired.

NO shoes, food or drink, pets, toys, or sharp objects. 

Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done (as per our contract). 

A responsible adult must supervise the bounce house at all times.
